Tamuning, Guam, Thursday, April 28, 2022- GTA employees continue to inspire the island community in everything they do, including giving back to the local community in meaningful ways through the company's Team Up for Guam Volunteer Program.
In celebration of National Volunteers Week last week, GTA announced that three members of GTA received the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) for their contribution to giving over hundreds of hours to non-profit organizations and supporting communities in need. The PVSA Bronze Medal awardees include Guadalupe Guzman (Permitting and Quality Control), Steve Jackson (Service Solutions Tech II), Judy Rosario (Sales Director). They each received a certificate, coin, medallion, and a congratulatory letter from President Joe Biden.
Roland Certeza, President and CEO of GTA, says, "I'm passionate about giving back to our community. We are so integrated here in Guam, and our vision starts with inspiration- inspiring this community in everything we do. The things we do in our community make an impact. Congratulations to Lupe, Steve, and Judy for a job well done!"
