(Tamuning, Guam) Thursday, October 13, 2022 - GTA is excited to announce this year's 2022- 2023 Youth Leader finalists and overall male and female winners. Guam’s telecommunications leader created the Youth Leader program in 2019 and has since given opportunities to future leaders who make positive changes in the community. An awards ceremony was held yesterday at the GTA Experience Center in Tamuning.

We are extremely proud of our Youth Leader program which recognizes the island’s up and coming high school students and provides resources to further develop their talents. Every year we are blown away by the quality of the students that apply, and we would like to congratulate our Finalists and Winners.”
