There is no better way to make an impact than to volunteer! At GTA, we organized several holiday volunteer opportunities to help our island community. Our company participated in the Red Kettle Campaign, an annual fundraiser to assist the Salvation Army in purchasing Christmas toys and food and helping sustain the food pantry.
In addition to supporting Salvation Army, our GTA volunteers helped Harvest House during its annual Christmas event on Saturday, December 17. The event was open to more than 600 foster children and families. GTA also sponsored a snow machine and photo booth for the kids as part of our donation.
Harvest House is not only an Empowered by GTA partner, but it is our beneficiary for our annual holiday giving campaign. This year, we sold 'We Start with You' limited edition tote bags designed by local artist Austin Domingo. All proceeds from the sales will benefit the non-profit organization.
