(Tamuning, Guam) Tuesday, October 3, 2023- GTA announced a $500 donation in support of Bake Their Day, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing joy to foster children through cakes and celebrations.
Bake Their Day strives to provide moments of happiness and normalcy for foster children by gifting them beautifully crafted cakes for birthdays and milestones. GTA's contribution will support the organization's ability to continue its vital work, as Bake Their Day relies on the generosity of individuals and businesses.
Bake Their Day's President Deane Jessee-Jones says they are humbled by the outpouring of love and support for youth shelters and foster homes. "Without the support of companies like GTA and the community, our mission would not be possible. We are so grateful for our amazing Cake Crew, the social workers who meet us and transport the cakes to their birthday kids, and everyone who helps makes this possible. It truly is a group effort that goes into each birthday cake," she says.
GTA's donation will be directly utilized to procure supplies and materials for crafting cakes and arranging celebrations for foster children within our community. This act of corporate social responsibility reaffirms GTA's commitment to giving back and positively impacting the lives of those in need.
