GTA Donates to Support Team Guam's Women's Rugby Sevens Journey

(Tamuning, Guam) Thursday, November 2, 2023- GTA recently contributed $500 to Team Guam's Women's Rugby Sevens as they prepare to represent Guam on the international stage. The donation comes at a pivotal moment as the team is gearing up to face the toughest challenges in Asian rugby.

The team will compete in the Olympic Qualification Tournament in Fukuoka, Japan, scheduled for November 18 and 19, 2023. The competition presents a crucial opportunity for Team Guam to compete against top teams in Asia and secure a place in the Asian Series, furthering their pursuit of an Olympic spot.

This accomplishment is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our athletes, coaches, and supporters, including organizations like GTA.
