(Tamuning, Guam) Wednesday, September 4, 2024- GTA is excited to announce the launch of its Youth Leader Program for the 2024-2025 school year. Applications for the Youth Leader Call Out are open now through September 30. Since its inception in 2019, the program has recognized exceptional young leaders who excel academically and are committed to making a positive community impact.
- Up to 100,000 United airline mileage points for SY 2024-2025 to support competitions in sports, arts, or academics
- Opportunity to partner with GTA Gives to bring a community project to life, gaining support and valuable leadership experience
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrate leadership and a commitment to creating positive change
- Be a Guam resident and enrolled in a local high school for the 2024-2025 academic year
Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with GTA Gives’ values. The top two projects will receive support to ensure successful implementation and lasting community impact.
Founded in 2019, the GTA Youth Leader Program celebrates and supports young leaders who combine academic excellence with a dedication to community service. The program aims to inspire and cultivate the next generation of changemakers.
