(Tamuning, Guam) Thursday, April 3, 2025- GTA is excited to introduce GTA TV, a new streaming service that offers more flexibility and convenience for customers. With GTA TV, users can watch their favorite content anytime.
This April, GTA will transition from its legacy TV service to GTA TV — a new, enhanced live streaming experience. Now subscribers can enjoy their favorite content on popular steaming boxes like Apple TV, Amazon Firestick, Roku and more, as well as their smartphones and tablets. The GTA TV app will be available for download on popular app stores like Apple and Google Play. [Device, regional, and internet restrictions may apply]. For those that prefer a traditional TV set-top box experience, every GTA TV plan also includes one FREE GTA TV set-top box and remote which have been designed to provide the full features of GTA TV.
With features like Cloud DVR, multiple streams, and TV Everywhere, GTA TV delivers a modern viewing experience tailored to any lifestyle. Customers can choose from updated channel plans—Lite, Plus, and Max—with new premium add-ons that include expanded international content such as Filipino, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese channels.
"We are excited to launch GTA TV, a service that meets the growing demand for more flexible and convenient entertainment options," said Nate Denight, VP of Product and Marketing at GTA. "This transition allows us to provide a better viewing experience with more control, choice, and accessibility for our customers."
New features include 72-Hour Lookback, allowing you to rewatch shows and events from the past three days, and the ability to Restart and Pause Live TV so you never miss a moment. Enjoy the flexibility of Cloud DVR with up to 300 hours of storage to record and save your favorite content. Plus, stream HD at no extra cost for a crystal-clear viewing experience.
To support a smooth transition, GTA will provide educational updates and instructional videos to help customers set up and navigate the new service. Additional resources will be available on our website and through customer support to ensure an easy and seamless upgrade process.
Existing customers are already on the new GTA TV in multicast mode, but some features may be limited. To unlock the full streaming experience, visit any GTA store or call Customer Care. Learn more at www.gta.net/digital-tv.
