GTA Supports 4th Annual Magalåhi Gadao Festival in Inalåhan

(Inalåhan, Guam) February 5, 2026 — GTA is proud to support the 4th Annual Magalåhi Gadao Festival with a $1,000 donation, hosted by the Inalåhan Mayor’s Office, the Inalåhan Municipal Planning Council, and Gadao’s Giving Hands, taking place February 20 and 21 in Inalåhan.

The Magalåhi Gadao Festival celebrates and promotes CHamoru culture by providing a platform for village and island-wide talent through traditional song, dance, cultural demonstrations, and exhibits. As the community’s primary fundraising event, proceeds from the festival support essential sports, medical, educational, and cultural programs within the Inalåhan community.

“At GTA, we believe in supporting events that strengthen cultural pride and invest directly back into our villages,” said Michele Catahay Perez, Director of Community Relations at GTA. “The Magalåhi Gadao Festival plays an important role in preserving CHamoru culture while uplifting community programs that make a meaningful impact.”

Through GTA Gives, GTA remains committed to supporting community-led initiatives that honor Guam’s heritage, empower local talent, and foster cultural connection across generations.
