GTA Reopens Store at Navy Exchange

(Tamuning, Guam) Friday, November 10, 2023- GTA is excited to announce the grand reopening of its store at the Navy Exchange (NEX) on Naval Base Guam. Originally established in 2006, GTA has undergone significant renovations this year, expanding its sales space to over 200 square feet.

Key Features of the Revamped Telecom Store:

Larger Space: The store now offers a more spacious environment to enhance customer comfort and accommodate a broader selection of telecom products and services.

Q-matic System: A state-of-the-art Q-matic system has been implemented to ensure a smoother and more efficient customer flow, reducing wait times and enhancing overall service.

Smart Center: A dedicated Smart Center has been introduced to address technical issues promptly, providing customers with on-the-spot solutions and expert guidance.

New Updated Look: The store has undergone a contemporary makeover, featuring a fresh and modern aesthetic to create an inviting and engaging shopping atmosphere.

New Interactive Display: A cutting-edge interactive display has been integrated to showcase the latest telecom products and services, allowing customers to explore and experience the offerings firsthand.

Payment Drop Box: For added convenience, a payment drop box has been installed, providing customers with a secure and efficient method to complete transactions.

The newly revamped GTA store is conveniently located just inside the NEX, fronting the NEX food court.
