GTA Restoration Update - Day 5

(Tamuning, Guam) Saturday, July 11, 2026- GTA crews, together with its third-party partners, continue working extended hours to restore network facilities, respond to service issues, and complete installations for residential and business customers. As the Guam Power Authority (GPA) restores power to more areas, additional wireless and internet services will continue coming back online.

Network Status:

93% of the wireless network is operational.

97% of the internet network is operational.

Remaining outages are primarily in areas without commercial power or where storm-related damage to customer lines or network equipment requires field repairs.

If your power has been restored, please restart your modem. If you’re still experiencing service issues after restarting, contact our call center for assistance at 671-644-4482.

If your service issue is caused by damage to your line or equipment, a field crew will be dispatched to inspect and complete the necessary repairs.

Repairs in hazardous or inaccessible areas may take additional time to ensure the safety of our crews.

We thank the community for their patience and understanding, and also extend our sincere appreciation to our employees, third-party partners, fellow frontliners, and our community for supporting Guam’s recovery.
