GTA Restoration Update - Day 4

(Tamuning, Guam) Friday, July 10, 2026 - As the Guam Power Authority (GPA) continues restoring island power, more customers are reconnecting to GTA's internet services. The percentage of connected customers closely tracks GPA's power restoration progress.

GTA crews, along with third-party restoration partners, continue working extended hours to:

  • Restore network services.
  • Respond to residential and business customer trouble tickets.
  • Complete pending installation requests.

Network Status

  • Wireless Network: 84% operational
  • Internet Network: 96% operational

Customer Reminder

  • If you have island power or an alternative power source, restart your modem.
  • If your service is still unavailable after restarting, please contact GTA Technical Support for assistance.
  • If the issue is caused by damage to your service line or equipment, a field technician will be dispatched to inspect and complete the necessary repair

GTA technicians continue responding to these repairs as part of the company's ongoing islandwide restoration efforts.
