(Tamuning, Guam) Monday, April 28, 2025 — GTA proudly recognized its outstanding employees during its 3rd Annual Presidential Volunteer Service Awards (PVSA) Ceremony last Thursday at the GTA Experience Center in Tamuning, held in celebration of National Volunteer Week. The annual event honors individuals who go above and beyond to give back and strengthen the island community.
During this year's ceremony, award recipients received official PVSA certificates signed by President Joe Biden, recognizing volunteer service completed in 2024. GTA became a Certifying Organization for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award program in 2022, further deepening its commitment to fostering a strong culture of service across Guam.
In addition to the national honors, the GTA Community Team also presented special GTA Gives Champion Awards, recognizing individuals who were nominated for their leadership and outstanding contributions to community programs through GTA Gives.
Bronze Awardees: Larry Davis (Sr. Director of OSP Construction), Jose San Nicolas (OSP Field Surveryor), Devin Tuncap (Service Solutions Tech II), Hannah Flis (Business Analyst)
Silver Awardees: Dominic Cruz (Service Solution Tech I), Jisela Martinez (Strategic Business Delivery Lead), Stefanie Ditchen (People Operations Coordinator)
Jason Katigbak (VP of Finance), Reginald Jasper Danan (Application Developer), Judy Rosario (Sales Director)
