GTA Announces Updated Business Hours Following Typhoon Sinlaku

(Tamuning, Guam) Thursday, April 16, 2026 — GTA advises the public of updated retail store and call center hours as operations continue to normalize following Typhoon Sinlaku.

GTA Experience Center (GEC): 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Micronesia Mall (MMX): 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

AAFES: Closed

Friday, April 17, 2026

GTA Experience Center (GEC): 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Micronesia Mall (MMX): 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

AAFES: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

NEX: Closed

Call Center:

Today: 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Following days: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

As services continue to stabilize following Typhoon Sinlaku, some customers may experience intermittent connectivity due to ongoing power restoration.

GTA encourages customers to:

  • Restart modems, routers, and devices
  • Toggle airplane mode or restart mobile devices
  • Ensure all equipment is properly connected and powered
  • Limit connected devices to improve performance

If an area has recently regained power, customers should allow a few minutes and then restart their devices to reconnect.
